Baked Goods, Muffins
1 cup flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 cup quick cooking oats
1 cup soured milk (Add 2 tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice)
1/4 cup melted margarine/butter
Let oatmeal sit in milk for a few minutes.
Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients.
Add together until moist only.
Bake at 400° for approximately 15-20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
